1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the v12betmy platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively the "Agreements"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and v12betmy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, registered members, depositing players, and contributors of content.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the v12betmy Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum age requirement. Use of the Platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, or as an agent, trustee, or nominee of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or affiliate of v12betmy, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a v12betmy account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

v12betmy reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of balances pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register for a v12betmy account. During registration you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Notify v12betmy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms. v12betmy reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and bonus awards without compensation.

Account credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights arising from it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the v12betmy Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits must come from payment accounts and instruments in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name and matching the payment method used for deposit where technically possible;
• v12betmy reserves the right to apply Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks to any withdrawal request, and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification;
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Processing may be delayed by bank processing schedules, public holidays, or additional verification requirements;
• v12betmy is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Deposited funds held in your account do not accrue interest. v12betmy does not act as a financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in the banking sense.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the v12betmy Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of accepted bets is only possible where v12betmy determines that an obvious error occurred in the odds offered (manifest error);
• In the event of a manifest error in pricing, v12betmy reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and to re-settle at the correct odds, or to cancel the bets entirely;
• v12betmy reserves the right to impose bet limits, suspend betting markets, or refuse any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason;
• Results are determined by the relevant official governing body. Where no official result is available, v12betmy's determination shall be final;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice during live events. Any bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

v12betmy may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. General conditions applicable to all Promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered members only and may be subject to geographic, time, and account-status restrictions;
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting bonus terms through structured low-risk wagering, or any other conduct designed to extract value from Promotions without genuine recreational play — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure;
• v12betmy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct in connection with your use of the v12betmy Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that seeks to corrupt the integrity of sporting events or casino outcomes;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward v12betmy staff or other users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform or its underlying systems.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the v12betmy Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of v12betmy or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of v12betmy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v12betmy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content available via the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Responsible Gaming

v12betmy is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits within their account settings. v12betmy offers a self-exclusion facility that, once activated, prevents access to the Platform for the elected exclusion period.

You acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves real financial risk and outcomes are subject to chance;
• You are solely responsible for the decisions you make regarding your gambling activity;
• v12betmy will not be liable for gambling losses that result from your use of the Platform;
• You should not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and should never attempt to recover losses by placing additional bets.

11. Account Closure & Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting v12betmy support. Closure requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before closure is finalised;
• Any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements will be refunded to your designated withdrawal method;
• Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

v12betmy reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, the disposition of your account balance will be determined based on the nature of the termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.

In the first instance, disputes should be directed to the v12betmy customer support team. v12betmy undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, escalation options will be communicated to the affected user.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
